Operation Mincepie
This year, forget the cosy fireside and step into the chaos of Christmastown Kitchens, where the festive fun is anything but tidy! Meet Pudding and Custard, two lovable, inexperienced elves on work experience who are determined to whip up a brand new batch of mince pies for Father Christmas. There’s just one problem: they have no idea what they’re doing!
Expect laugh out loud slapstick and plenty of messy mayhem.
Once Upon A Christmas Time
Experience the wonder of storytelling like never before! Join us in the enchanting Library of Christmastown, where you’ll be welcomed by Bick, the librarian’s curious assistant. Surrounded by towering bookcases Bick can’t resist opening the enchanted storybook at the heart of the library and that’s when the adventure begins!
Santa's Cabin
Visit Santa is his beautifully decorated wooden cabin to get your 'golden ticket' to take to the toy factory!
There will be the opportunity to have a professional family photograph taken (additional charge).
Santa’s Toy Factory
Santa has given you permission to visit his Toy Factory and with a golden ticket every child ticket holder can choose their own gift.
The Grinch
The Grinch is returning to his house this year, visit him at your peril! See if you can make his heart grow three sizes.
Mrs Claus' Gingerbread Parlour
This is where the real magic happens! Mrs Claus's helpers have cookies ready for you to decorate for Christmas Day...if you don't eat them beforehand that is!
The Magical Forest
Walk through this amazing little magical forest. With the use of some magical elf specs the forest will come alive with twinkles and surprises and you can take your elf specs home to watch your own Christmas Tree come to life!
Santa’s Post Room
The Post Room will be open for you to post your letter to Santa and you can use the Avon Valley SMS (Santa Messaging Service) to send any last-minute requests.
The Elf Express
Ride our miniature railway with all the festive feels.
Photo Opportunities
Love a seasonal snap for the album or grid? Dotted around the park as the children explore there will be photo opportunities galore!
Food & Refreshments
Loads of festive choices dotted around the park. Including mulled wine and s’more toasting.
Not included within your ticket but can be purchased separately.

24th December – Please note the park closes at 3pm so our team can enjoy Christmas with their families.
Tickets are non-refundable or changeable.
Best valued tickets are online in advance - a £5 per ticket surcharge is added if purchased on the day.
